- Business data you enter into Smito products, such as invoices, customers, and stock.

- To send messages you have asked for, such as invoices, reminders, and account updates.
- To run, maintain, and improve our products.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to talk with customers. When you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number, profile name, and messages are processed by Meta under WhatsApp's privacy policy. We only message you on WhatsApp after you have contacted us or agreed to receive messages. Reply "STOP" at any time to opt out.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run Smito — hosting, email, payments, and messaging (including Meta for WhatsApp) — and only as needed for that service. We may also share information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a customer or in contact with us, and afterwards only as long as the law requires, such as for tax records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct, export, or delete your information at any time. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
